KC Sauvignon Blanc 2007

KC Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Grapes were sourced from top quality vineyards in Elgin and Elim, close to the southernmost point of Africa.

Grapes sourced from Elgin & Elim because the temperatures are of the coolest in South Africa during the traditionally warm summer months of January and February. The resulting grapes are high in natural acidity and pungent sauvignon blanc aromas The two separate components from Elgin and Elim were individually vinified in stainless steel and then blended together before being fined and stabilized immediately after fermentation.

Tasting Notes

Fresh green appearance. Nose of snow peas and granadilla (passion fruit) with a touch of ground white pepper. Palate is racy, with taut acidity and pungent sauvignon blanc flavours.

Enjoy before 2010
