Tasting Notes
Light yellow in appearance with a greenish tinge. The nose exudes mandarin, pineapple and citrus blossom aromas. The intense palate balances the fine, mineral element of the wine’s structure.
Maturation
A wonderful persistence of flavour on the finish bodes well for further maturation in bottle. 10-15 years
